MONDAY 13th
Celebrity MasterChef (BBC1, 6.30pm) Series 7 of the celebrity culinary challenge, featuring Jamie Theakston, Anne Charleston, Javine Hylton & Steve Perry. Hosted by Greg Wallace & John Torode. (1/30)
Frontline Police (Channel 5, 8pm) Documentary with ex-cop Rav Wilding looking at crime prevention in Essex.
Lorraine's Fast, Fresh & Easy Food (BBC2, 8.30pm) Brand new cooking show with Lorraine Pascale. (1/6)
The Premier League's Most Amazing Moments (BBC3, 8.30pm) Countdown of some memorable moments from the Premiership. Presented by Robbie Savage & Donovan Daily.
The Riots: In Their Own Words (BBC2, 9pm) Documentary reflecting on August 2011's riots, with actors performing the words of the people involved. (1/2)
Ruth Rendell's Thirteen Steps Down (ITV1, 9pm) Return of the psychological thriller. (1/2)
Growing Children (BBC4, 9pm) Documentary about how child development is affected by major psychological disorders, beginning with autism. Presented by Laverne Antrobus.
Escape From Colditz (Channel 4, 9pm) Documentary about the allegedly inescapable WWII prison.
PICK OF THE DAY James May's Things You Need To Know (BBC2, 10pm) Series 2 of the show hoping to inform the public, giving them a good working knowledge on a variety of topics. (1/6)

TUESDAY 14th
The Great British Bake Off (BBC1, 8pm) Series 3 of the bakery competition with 12 amateur bakers hoping to be crowned the best. Presented by Mel Giedroyc & Sue Perkins. (1/10)
Gates (Sky Living, 8.30pm) Sitcom set around the daily school run. Starring Joanna Page, Tom Ellis & Sue Johnston. (1/5)
PICK OF THE DAY Accused (BBC1, 9pm) Series 2 of the drama specials, each one focusing on a different character who finds themselves in court. Episode 1 begins with a story about a satellite engineer who has an affair with a transvestite college professor. Starring Sean Bean, Stephen Graham, Stephen Walters, Michael Moloney & Rachel Leskovac. (1/4)
Seven Dwarves: The Wedding (Channel 4, 9pm) Follow-up documentary to last year's series, where dwarves Max Laird and Karen Anderson prepare for their wedding.
Don't Tell The Bride (BBC3, 9pm) Series 6 of the show where a groom's given £12,000 to plan his fiance's wedding, without her knowledge or input. (1/12)
Styled To Rock (Sky Living, 9pm) Brand new talent search for a top fashion designer. Judges are Henry Holland, Nicola Roberts & Lysa Cooper. (1/10)
Person Of Interest (Channel 5, 10pm) Season 1 of the US thriller about a vigilante employed by a billionaire to stop crimes before they happen, using the information from a high-tech surveillance computer. The Flowerpot Gang (BBC1, 8pm) Brand new series where Anneka Rice, Phil Tufnell & Joe Swift rejuvenate the nation's neglected gardens. (1/4)
Who Do You Think You Are? (BBC1, 9pm) Series 9 of the celebrity genealogy show, beginning with actress Samantha Womack.
PICK OF THE DAY Celebrity Big Brother: Live Launch (Channel 5, 9pm) Series 10 of the three-week celebrity special. Hosted by Brian Dowling.
Peter Andre's Bad Boyfriend Club (ITV2, 9pm) Brand new series where the fame-hungry leech tries to transform luckless boyfriends into heartthrobs with a makeover.
Death Camp Treblinka Survivor Stories (BBC4, 9pm) Documentary about two men who escaped from a Nazi concentration camp in Poland.
The Only Way Is Essex (ITV2, 10pm) Series of the structured reality drama. (1/10)

THURSDAY 16th
The BBC 999 Awards (BBC1, 8pm) Awards ceremony honouring the UK's emergency services. Presented by Kirsty Young & Lenny Henry.
The Restoration Man (Channel 4, 8pm) Follow-up to the 2010 documentary series where George Clarke would renovate historical buildings.
9/11: The Woman Who Wasn't There (Channel 5, 8pm) Documentary about Tania Head, a woman who claimed to have survived the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, but wasn't actually involved.
The Best Of Men (BBC2, 9pm) Drama about the birth of the Paralympic Games in 1948. Starring Eddie Marsan, George Mackay, Rob Brydon & Niamh Cusack.
Jennifer Saunders: Back In The Saddle (ITV1, 9pm) Documentary about the world of show jumping from comedian Jennifer Saunders, who was once part of the sport 40 years ago.
Peter Kay Live: The Tour That Didn't Tour – Tour (Channel 4, 9pm) Stand-up comedy from the popular comedian, recorded live at the Manchester arena.
Wilfred (BBC3, 10pm) Season 2 of the US comedy-drama about a lonely man who can't stop imagining his next-door neighbour's dog is a brash Australian man in a dog costume. Starring Elijah Wood, Jason Gann & Fiona Gubelmann. (1/13)
