Below are my picks of the week's most notable shows, returning/premiering on UK screens...

EASTER MONDAY
24 Hours on Earth (BBC1, 7pm) Documentary examining how the position of the Sun over a day changes and affects the behaviour of animals and plants across the planet.
Jamaica Inn (BBC1, 9pm) Adaptation of Daphne du Maurier's romantic novel about a 19th-century woman who moves to Cornwall after her mother's death, to live with her unhappily married aunt. Starring Jessica Brown Findlay, Matthew McNulty, Sean Harris, Joanne Whalley, Ben Daniels, Shirley Henderson & Tristan Sturrock. Continues tomorrow, concludes Wednesday. (1/3)
Tommy Cooper: Not Like That, Like This (ITV, 9pm) Feature-length biopic of the beloved comedian and magician. Starring David Threlfall, Helen McCrory, Amanda Redman, Gregor Fisher, Andy Rush & Paul Ritter.


TUESDAY 22nd
Warren United (ITV4, 10pm) Animated comedy about a football fan whose love for the sport is damaging his family life. Voices by Darren Boyd, Morwenna Banks, Nitin Ganatra, Jonathan Kydd & Tony Law. (1/6)


WEDNESDAY 23rd
Derek (Channel 4, 10pm) Series 2 of the mockumentary about a social misfit living in an elderly retirement home. Starring Ricky Gervais, Karl Pilkington, Kerry Godliman, David Earl, Holli Dempsey, Brett Goldstein & Tony Rohr. (1/6)
Game Face (Channel 4, 10.30pm) Comedy about a twentysomething woman stuck in a rut. Created and starring Roisin Conaty, with Alistair Green, Brendan Patricks, Brian Harvey & Cariad Lloyd.


THURSDAY 24th
Wanted: A Family of My Own (ITV, 9pm) New series looking at the adoption process. Presented by Nicky Campbell. (1/4)
Kevin's Supersized Salvage (Channel 4, 9pm) Special where Kevin McCloud challenges three designers to "upcycle" a single plane into many different products.
Dead Behind Bars (BBC3, 9pm) Documentary following the lives of three women who committed suicide in prison over the past decade.
Trying Again (Sky Living, 9pm) New sitcom about a couple who decide to give their relationship a second go, in the wake of an affair. Starring Chris Addison, Jo Joyner, Charles Edwards & Elizabeth Berrington. (1 & 2/8)


FRIDAY 25th
Nothing. Visit a museum, as some of them have free entry.

SATURDAY 26th
Let Me Entertain You (ITV, 6pm) New series where the public send in videos of themselves, to earn the chance to perform on the show. Hosted by Michael Underwood. (1/6)

SUNDAY 27th
50 Golden Years of Sport on BBC Two (BBC2, 8pm) A look back at a half-century of sport on the BBC's second channel. Presented by Sue Barker.
Vera (ITV, 8pm) Series 4 of the crime drama. Starring Brenda Blethyn, David Leon, Jon Morrison, Clare Calbraith & Sonya Cassidy. (1/4)
The Nightmare Neighbour Next Door (5*, 8pm) Documentary using eyewitness testimony and camera footage to cast light on some of the country's most horrific neighbours. (1/6)
